PNiT Returns Policy
At PNiT, we do our utmost to ensure your plants and products arrive in perfect condition. We understand how important it is that you're satisfied with your purchase. Below, you'll find our returns policy so you know exactly what to expect.
Returning Houseplants and Garden Plants
Plants are living and perishable products. Therefore, PNiT unfortunately doesn't accept returns of houseplants and garden plants unless there's obvious damage or a quality issue unrelated to their care.
Do you think your plant is not up to par? Please contact our customer service via the contact form and include clear photos of the plant and its packaging. We'll be happy to help you find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or advice on repairing the plant.
Tips to prevent problems
- Provide water at room temperature and preferably rainwater, as this contains less lime.
- Pay attention to the correct amount of water; too much water is more harmful than too little.
- Place your plant in a suitable location with the right amount of light and avoid drafts.
- Increase humidity if necessary by spraying the leaves.
- Fertilize the plant sparingly according to the care instructions.
Returning Non-Living Products
You can return non-living materials such as flower pots within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This does not apply to flower pots that have already been assembled with plants. The products must be returned in good condition and preferably in their original packaging.
How do returns work?
- Please first send us a return request via the contact form with photos and a brief explanation.
- We will provide you with instructions for the return process and a return address.
- Please keep your proof of shipping, as this will be necessary for processing your order.
- Returns are at your own expense and risk; make sure the product is properly packaged.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Refund
We will refund the full purchase price, excluding return shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the product and confirming its condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.
Warranty and complaints
All our plants come with a one-month flowering guarantee. If you notice any obvious defects within this period that are not caused by care, please contact us for a suitable solution.
If something goes wrong during shipping, such as damage to the plant or pot, please report this immediately with photos of the outside and inside of the packaging, the shipping label, and the product itself. We will then work with you to find a solution.
